The Services Sound and Vision Corporation (SSVC) is a British registered charity.[1] Set up in the 1980s to "entertain and inform Britain's Armed Forces around the world"[2], its activities include the British Forces Broadcasting Service with its radio[3] and television[4] operations, SSVC Cinemas[5], the British Defence Film Library[6], and its live events arm, Combined Services Entertainment[7] (a successor to ENSA).
